Diabetes runs in my family. Watching a parent who was once so active live with it made me afraid of my own future. I have an IT job, I sit most of the day, and beyond "control your sugar" I had no idea what I should actually be doing.
The more I read, the more it surprised me. In India, roughly 4 in 10 people with diabetes don't know they have it, and nearly half of them already had healthcare access they never used. And people who do find out early usually leave with a PDF and no plan, with nobody checking in.
So we built Glux: a 2-minute IDRS risk check, then a 90-day plan with daily reminders, a gentle nudge to finish your tasks on time, and milestones at 30, 60 and 90 days.
The part we spent the most time on wasn't the plan, it was logging. I've quit every health app I've used within a week because typing in meals and stress scores daily gets old fast. So Glux asks for as little as possible: a tap or two, with Health Connect filling in the rest.
One choice we care about: the score is never AI-generated. It's the published IDRS table, calculated exactly as defined. AI only helps shape your plan.
