How many of you have wanted to start a YouTube channel but didn't have the confidence or simply didn't want to speak in front of a camera?
What if all you had to do was provide a transcript and a single photo of yourself, and the tool generated a realistic video of you delivering the script in your own voice?
Even better, imagine being able to run it locally, giving you virtually unlimited video generation for a fixed monthly cost.
Would this be something you'd actually use? If not, what's stopping you?
A real-time preview while adjusting the face swap parameters would be a huge timesaver instead of rendering the whole video just to check if a setting looks right.
Tried the face swap on a short clip and the lip sync matched really cleanly without any weird artifacts. Nice that it's all open-source under the hood too.
honestly this looks solid, but one thing that would be a game changer is adding batch processing for face swaps, like being able to upload a folder of clips and apply the same swap across all of them automatically. right now doing it one by one for longer projects would get pretty tedious
