My story:
I myself tried it by hand. 8 hrs/day, I could only reach 7-8 businesses per day, and i did it for three days straight.
The work wasn't hard. It was just slow. Finding the business, checking if they were worth pitching, building the site, recording it, sending the message, then doing it again. I was the bottleneck, not the idea.
So I automated my own job. I started posting the build on Instagram. People asked when they could use it. Demand increased rapidly, so I shipped it as a SaaS in July.
