I built this after noticing that Google Maps shows you every ATM but gives you no idea which ones will charge you. Euronet machines are everywhere in tourist areas and charge up to €5, right next to a free bank ATM you didn't know about.
The map uses OpenStreetMap data combined with operator rules (e.g. in the UK, Barclays/HSBC/Lloyds = free; Cardtronics/NoteMachine = fee) and crowd-reported confirmations. It's a PWA, add to home screen, works offline.
