I'm the Builder of Framea. Thanks for having us! Quick story on why I built this: I was trying to find one photo from a trip. I knew exactly what it looked like - a blue door, late afternoon light, the friend I was with. I knew everything about it except where it lived in my camera roll. 45 minutes of scrolling later, I gave up.That's the moment Framea started.
I kept thinking: why can I search the entire internet in 0.3 seconds, but finding one photo I actually own takes half an hour?
What Framea is: a search bar for your camera roll. Type what you remember, get the photo. It searches:
Photos (by what's actually in them, not filenames)
Video content, down to the exact second
Screenshots (receipts, recipes, Wi-Fi codes, you name it)
No tagging. No folders. No albums. You just search.
