I've spent most of my career inside small businesses. Managing accounts. Running operations. Eventually building my own — until Covid hit and it didn't survive.
In all of that time, across all of those businesses, I kept seeing the same thing: small teams not using their CRM. Not because they didn't care. Because it didn't fit around a real working day.
