Create beautiful forms in minutes or let AI build one in 10 seconds — free. Built for Indian businesses with WhatsApp integration, conditional logic, and AI form generation.
We built FormBharat because every form tool we tried was built for someone else's market. Typeform runs ~₹18K/year for what should be simple, hard to justify for a small clinic or coaching business in India. Google Forms is free but looks and feels like an internal tool, not something you'd send a customer.
The core idea: describe the form you want in a sentence, and it builds it for you (AI generation is running on Llama3-70b via AWS Bedrock, no prompt engineering needed, just "form for restaurant table reservations with party size and dietary notes"). From there it's a normal drag-and-drop builder if you want to tweak anything.
What's specifically built for how Indian businesses actually operate:
WhatsApp-native sharing, forms are built to be dropped straight into a WhatsApp chat, not just a generic link
Phone OTP verification as a native field type, not a bolted-on plugin
Multi-step forms + conditional logic for the messier real-world forms (admissions, patient intake, vendor onboarding)
Templates built around Indian use cases, not translated from a US template pack
Honest current state: it's live, free, and open source (MIT), no paid tier yet, and we're not in a rush to add one. It's grown so far purely through SEO and word of mouth, zero paid promotion.
What we want from this community: tell us where the AI form generation gets it wrong, and what a small business in your market would need that we haven't thought of. We read every comment.
