Hey 👋
I built Form Plume because handling a simple form shouldn’t require building and maintaining an entire backend.
Developers repeatedly write the same plumbing: create an API route, validate submissions, fight spam, send emails, store files, configure webhooks, deploy a server, and keep everything running. That’s a lot of infrastructure for a .
Form Plume replaces all of it with one endpoint. Point your HTML or JavaScript form at it and you’re ready to receive submissions. No backend, database, server, or infrastructure to manage.
Out of the box, you get:
⚡ Setup in minutes
🛡️ Spam protection
📬 Email notifications and autoresponders
📎 File uploads
🔗 Signed webhooks
📊 A clean submissions dashboard
It works with any framework, or no framework at all, and you can start for free.
I’d genuinely love your feedback: what would Form Plume need for you to trust it with forms in your next production project?
Thanks for checking it out! 🪶
Pointed one of my old HTML forms at the endpoint and it just worked, even the file upload fields. The dashboard is clean and the spam filter caught a bunch of junk within an hour. Genuinely saves me from setting up another backend.
Love how quick this is to set up. One thing that would help a lot is per-form submission exports to CSV directly from the dashboard, so I can hand data off to non-technical teammates without them needing API access.
love how fast you can get a form running without touching a backend. one thing that would really help me though is conditional logic on fields so i can show or hide questions based on earlier answers, would save me from wiring up separate forms for different user paths.
Would love to see conditional logic for fields so I can show or hide questions based on earlier answers. That would make Form Plume a real fit for the more complex intake forms I usually have to build custom backends for.
