I built this because I spent three months stuck at the same weight on overhead press before I noticed. Every gym app I tried just logged my sets and showed me a chart. None of them told me I was stalling or what to do about it.
FORGE watches your training data and catches plateaus within a few sessions. Then it gives you a specific fix: a deload plan, an exercise swap, a rep range shift. One tap and your programme updates.
The AI coach knows your actual PRs, your programme, and your injury history. It's not generic advice. Tell it "swap deadlifts for something easier on my back" and it rewrites your session.
