Focus Flow now brings future planning visibility, inline epic date editing, richer day-level execution tooltips, per-person activity heatmaps, and multi-team filtering into one Jira review workflow. From 5.12 through 6.7, the product evolved from an execution timeline into a complete weekly epic review screen for spotting drift, comparing plan vs reality, and drilling into the work behind each signal.
Since our first launch, Focus Flow has evolved from an epic execution timeline into a fuller weekly review workflow inside Jira.
From 5.12 to 6.7 we added:
- future planning visibility
- inline epic date editing
- day-level progress and estimate-change tooltips
- per-person activity heatmaps for retros
- Team filtering for shared epics
The goal is still simple: help PMs and engineering leads see what moved, what’s risky, and what needs replanning without hopping between Jira views. If you run weekly epic reviews, I’d love to know which of these updates would matter most for your team.
Using this daily has changed how i plan sprints. the timeline helps me allocate resources more realistically.
