Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Kamila, the solo developer behind FlowApp.
I originally built FlowApp because I wanted to understand why some days I felt focused and energized, while others felt completely different. I couldn’t find a journal that was both quick to use and respectful of privacy.
Instead of long diary entries or habit streaks, FlowApp uses short check-ins throughout the day to help uncover patterns behind your focus, mood and energy.
FlowApp 2.0 is a major redesign. I spent the last few weeks analyzing user behavior instead of adding more features. The result is a much faster 3-step check-in flow, rebuilt onboarding, clearer insights and dozens of UX improvements.
Everything stays on your device—your journal is yours.

Love that everything stays on-device, the daily check-ins take like ten seconds and the weekly insight actually pointed out my best focus hours. Wish more apps worked this simply.
Finally something that doesn't ask me to sign up just to log how I feel. The local-only thing is honestly the best part, makes the check-ins feel way less performative.
