I’m Vartika Bansal, Founder of Floik, an all-in-one solution to create product collaterals like how-to guides, videos and interactive demos.
I’ve spent a lot of time in leading businesses from marketing to customer support and struggled to create and update the right product collaterals in a cost-effective and scalable way. Understanding the problems statement deeper, I started building Floik.

CSMs spend a lot of time interacting with customers and keep themselves occupied with it. They’re the face of the company and the way of communication matters a lot for the brand of the organisation. Now, having such a busy schedule how can they write personalised, amicable and standard communication collaterals.
🛠 Our Solution:
Looking at the current Generative AI wave, we divided the CSMs job in 20 different themes which they work on and where our friend, ChatGPT can come to rescue. Then, we tested our prompts on every theme and created a Notion playbook to help you navigate throughout the journey.
