Here's the story behind it: we ran the numbers on a fairly typical freelance project — $3,000 quote, 80 hours, $40/hour target rate — and found it had a negative net profit once the freelancer's own time was priced in. On paper it looked like a win. In practice, it cost time and paid nothing.
That's the gap we built FLEO to close. It's not a subscription and it's not a SaaS dashboard — it's a single offline HTML file with 10 integrated tools: a rate calculator, a true profit tracker (gross vs. net, not just revenue), a tax estimator covering progressive brackets and social contributions for 12 countries, client-ready invoicing (EU reverse-charge and Italian Fattura formatting included), expense and client tracking, and more.
