Hey Product Hunt,
We're Andrew and Veta, and we built Flatsed after renting in London wasted months of our lives: misleading layouts, weak filters, duplicated listings, hidden costs, and viewings where the real deal-breakers only appeared once we were already there.
Renting is one of the biggest financial decisions people make each year, but most rental platforms still behave like listing boards. Flatsed is our attempt to turn renting into a personalised tenant account.
With Flatsed, tenants can:
- Search with richer context: noise, crime, affordability, bills, reviews, commute, area fit and more
- Swipe, save and reject homes, so matches learn what actually fits
- Compare trade-offs before booking viewings
- Manage viewings, documents, maintenance and future moves from one account
We're starting with UK rentals because that is the market we know first-hand, and because renters here need much better information before they commit.
