Congrats on shipping this. Love that it's offline-first with no login, that alone sets it apart from the bloated fitness apps out there. One thing that would really help me stay consistent: add a quick bodyweight measurement log (weight, waist, etc.) with a simple line chart alongside the workout progress, so I can see how the two trends line up over time.
The decision to skip accounts entirely and keep everything local is genuinely refreshing, especially for something as personal as fitness data. Nice execution on the streak system too, it feels motivating without being annoying.
