Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Alex, the maker of FitKit.
Like many of you, I was incredibly frustrated by the state of fitness calculators online. Every time I wanted to quickly check my macros or calculate my BMR, I had to sift through pages of intrusive pop-up ads, scroll past a 2,000-word SEO recipe blog post, or enter my email address just to see my own results.
It was exhausting. So, I decided to scratch my own itch and build FitKit.

Love how clean this is, no sign-ups is a huge win. One thing that would make it stickier for me is a saved history log so I can see how my TDEE or macros change over time when my weight shifts.

The clean layout without any clutter feels really intentional. Love that you can jump straight into a macro calc without an account or popup getting in the way.

Does the BMR calculator update automatically if I plug in a different activity level, or do I have to re-enter everything manually each time I tweak my routine?
