I built Fabula because most AI video tools start with prompts and visuals, but a good explainer starts with a clear story.
Fabula turns one concept into an editable fable, storyboard, keyframes, narrated video scenes, voiceover, and synced subtitles. You can review and edit every scene before generating the final video, so you stay in control of both the story and the cost.
We’re still early, and I’d especially love feedback on two things:
Does the story-first approach make complex ideas easier to explain?
Where does the creation process still feel confusing or slow?

The storyboard preview before committing credits is such a smart move, it saved me from burning through a few generations I would have hated. Scene editing feels snappy too.
Being able to review each scene before credits is already a smart move. One thing that would push this further is letting people drop in their own b-roll or screen recordings and have Fabula blend them with the AI scenes, so the final cut feels less generic and more grounded in real product context.
Would love a "style lock" option where I can pick a visual reference (art style, color palette, even a movie still) and have every scene match it. Right now each generation can drift visually, and re-rolling the whole video just to fix one scene's look feels wasteful. Having that consistency baked in would make Fabula way more usable for actual series or branded content.
