Hey Product Hunt — I'm Dilash, I built Everlift. It started with a pet peeve: every tracker I used counted a 30 lb dumbbell curl as 30 lb of volume. You're holding two — it's 60. I built my own to fix that, and kept going. What's different: one tap logs a set, starts the rest timer, and pre-fills the next. It watches for plateaus and suggests a fix — deload, add volume, swap the movement — instead of just drawing a flat line. A home-screen muscle map shows what's recovered vs still fatigued. Rest-pause and drop sets count as one honest working set, not three. It's local-first, so it works fully offline — an account is optional, just for sync. Free today, no ads, no IAP. iPhone, iPad, and Android, in 9 languages. Indie passion project. I'll be here all day — tell me what's missing or what I got wrong.

Comment highlights

Logging dumbbell volume per hand is something I never knew I needed until now, and the plateau fix suggestions actually feel useful instead of generic.

A watchOS app for quick set logging from the wrist would be huge, especially for supersets. Also noticed you don't mention Apple Health integration for syncing bodyweight and workout data, that would round things out nicely for tracking strength progress over time.

Been waiting for something this focused and ad free, the per hand dumbbell tracking is exactly what most apps botch. One thing that would seal it for me: a quick way to snapshot my last few weeks of a main lift and share it as a simple image with my coach, no login walls, just export. Would make check ins painless.
