Make better estimates by combining multiple perspectives with insights from past work. It reduces guesswork, highlights uncertainty, and compares estimates with actual outcomes over time so planning becomes more consistent and grounded in real experience.
I built estimera to make project estimation a bit more structured and reusable.
Estimating by closing your eyes, thinking really hard and hoping for the best doesn’t leave you with much to hold on to. Estimera lets you break projects into smaller parts that are easier to reason about. Team members submit their estimates independently, and the results are combined into an aggregated summary supported by insights from similar past work.
I would really appreciate feedback. What works and what doesn’t? What features would you like to see in a tool like this?
