I built Enduro Fit after paying £200 a month for coaching through TrainingPeaks and getting frustrated that I couldn’t easily change things. My lower back would flare up and I’d need to swap an exercise, or my ankle would hurt but my plan would still say running.
I’m someone who feels better mentally ticking off every workout, so I wanted a plan that could adapt around me. That’s why I built this — change the session to suit your day and still feel like you’re making progress.
