Most small business owners face the same problem when trying to use AI tools: they don't have time for re-explaining their business in every chat. Empacer is designed to skip this part. Three questions at setup, then spoken requests become a ready plan and finished work: customer replies, social posts, invoices and more. Nothing is sent without the owner's approval.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Yerkebulan, Founder & CEO of Empacer.

Everyone keeps telling small business owners to "use AI." But watch a salon owner’s actual day: clients in the chair since morning, DMs piling up, this week’s posts still not written, and they are still expected to sit down, write prompts, and manage chat threads. Tools got smarter, but using them became another job.

Before building anything, we talked to dozens of small business owners across the US: salons, barbershops, auto services, photographers. The pattern repeated in almost every conversation: they don’t really want to learn AI. They want to give a task and see it done - simple as that.

So we built Empacer: a voice-first assistant for owners running a 1-10 person business from their phone. The idea is simple: You say what you need out loud, Empacer does the work, and nothing goes out without your approval.

And, the part I'm most proud of: Empacer doesn't wait to be asked. It learns your business during onboarding and comes up with your first week of work on its own.

How it works:

1️⃣ Answer three questions about your business

2️⃣ Empacer drafts your first week: Instagram posts, document drafts, and more

3️⃣ You review, edit, approve, and connect your tools

What you get:

🔌 Integrations. 1000+ tools for your business

🧠 Memory. A business profile that remembers everything you’ve said

✍️ Marketing content. Posts drafted around what makes your business worth choosing

💬 Communication. Customer messages about prices and hours answered in your voice

Where to find Empacer:

🌐 Web. Works right in your browser

🤖 Android. The app is already in Google Play

🍏 iOS. The app is coming soon

🎁 Exclusive for the Product Hunt community: We're offering a 60% off the first subscription period. You can access this discount via this link.

📲 Also, there is a 3-day free trial if you download the app directly from Google Play.

We'd love honest feedback on one thing in particular: Voice interfaces have been "the next big thing" for a long time. What’s stopped them from working for you so far?

voice first for small biz owners is smart, nobody has time to type prompts 🎙️ congrats on #1!

Congrats on the launch! Starting from three questions and a drafted first week is a smart way around the blank chat problem. Keeping every outgoing message behind the owner's approval is the right call too. Upvoted, good luck today!

The approval step is what makes this believable for a real shop — nothing going out without the owner seeing it is the right contract. What I'm curious about is the day-to-day rhythm of it: if an owner edits the same kind of thing in a few drafts in a row, say the tone of customer replies, does Empacer pick that up as a preference for the next week, or does each draft start fresh from the three onboarding answers? And if a week of drafts sits unapproved, do they just wait, or do they pile up alongside the next week's plan?

Having it draft the first week from three setup questions is a nice way to skip the blank page. Does it pick up the owner's tone from voice requests too?

The approval step is a smart touch. Small business owners want less work, not less control. Curious if Empacer learns from the edits owners make before approving?

niiice! I think this could be super useful for small businesses. how many clients are already obsessed with Empacer?

This looks genuinely useful. Quick question - what if it gets something wrong about the user's business?

Making admin work simpler for small business owners is a genuinely useful problem to solve. I like the voice-first approach and the focus on getting work done without constantly switching between tools. Congratulations on the launch🚀

What clicked for me is the approval step. Letting it draft everything but keeping the owner as the last word is exactly the right amount of trust for this kind of tool.

This looks very promising. What can I try before connecting any accounts?

Small thing, but it matters day to day: when a post is ready, does it go straight to Instagram from the app, or do I copy it over myself? Thanks

Many Congratulations team! Quick one- How does it handle background noise? Salons may be loud, dryers running, music on. Can it still catch what is being said?

hello! “using them became another job” — this is exactly how most small business owners I know feel about AI. Great product!

tbh it’s nice that this isn’t drowning in buzzwords. it just reads like something useful, which is weirdly rare in this category

Tailoring agent specifically for the needs of small business and all the popular integrations sounds like a great idea

I bet it should work for markets like Brazil, as people tends to speak more than type! Great job guys!
