I was promoted out of the code and handed no system. Six 1:1s a week, a third of them remembered, and every November a year of someone's work reconstructed from the last six weeks I could recall. So I built the record-keeping part: a 1:1 log, an action-items tab where my own overdue promises turn red, a Growth Evidence tab that makes promotion cases boring instead of frantic, and two tabs that calculate themselves. The whole method is three habits: ten minutes before, five minutes after, ten minutes on Friday. Happy to answer questions about the formulas or the question bank.
