As the founder of a startup company, recruiting suitable colleagues is one of our top priorities. Having a clear job description will make everything better. Your product's ability to rate job descriptions is a great idea.

I would like to ask, will you provide targeted modification suggestions after the rating? If this feature is available, I believe it could even become a paid feature.
I'va never used "RateMyJD" but it seems a very good idea because I know many do struggle with their job description.
