Nice launch, congrats.
15 minutes with the same 5 people every day is a real commitment. Curious why you reshuffle groups monthly though. For me the pressure comes from not wanting to let down people who know my project, so I'd almost want to keep a group that works.

a 15 min daily call only works if it lands at the same hour for everyone. from Lisbon that's easy with Europe and hard with the West Coast. do circles get matched by time zone first, or by what people are building?

⚾️ "Curve ball" question: 🙋 Shipping is easy in 2026. Shipping quality is scarce these days. How do you balance shipping vanity over quality?

Going inactive after 3 missed days in a row is a fair way to keep circles from going stale. Do most people hold the same call time for weeks, or move around?

@amraniyasser @bengeekly Most productivity tools help you plan, but having the same people notice whether you actually shipped gives those plans some teeth.

Friend and partner of the founder here ! I watched this idea grow out of how we organized our own weeks and kept each other accountable. Happy to see it become Doneas.

Just a couple of questions:
is it necessary to join calls every day, or can you schedule calls whenever you want?

And how are the groups created? How do the 5 people arrange a call - is it random, or is there some kind of matching system?

This is that tool that will make me to call to other people? :D I am a bit afraid that I am too introverted for that :DD

I was part of the early daily meetings and it was super helpful to be around other builders and be pushed to build everyday even I didn't feel like it.

And the fact that now with @Doneas there will be more organization and an actual platform that pushes to build more and do more things is GREAT !

@Doneas How does Doneas help agency owners stay accountable and manage weekly goals while handling multiple clients projects?

Keeping the same circle through travel sounds like the interesting test here. I would want a simple way to agree a new call time when someone’s time zone changes.

I can definitely relate to this problem sine becoming a solo founder. I've tried AI agents to achieve the same, but I think the solutions is definitely commitments with other humans. Great idea.

Yesterday I joined my first Doneas call. Before that, we only knew each other from messages, so it was really nice to finally meet and introduce ourselves. Then we each shared what we did yesterday and what we plan to do today. It was great to hear how other founders spent their day, and to share my own tasks and challenges.

I really like the project, and the first call was great. I’m planning to keep going. Good luck with the launch!
