Diskzy
See where your Mac's space went, System Data included
macOS tells you "System Data: 106 GB" and nothing else. Diskzy maps your whole disk, breaks System Data into named parts, and marks what's safe to clear. It cleans up with a reason for every choice and uninstalls apps with everything they left behind. Everything goes to the Trash. Native Swift, about 3 MB, no analytics in the app. Free for 72 hours, then $9 once for 2 Macs.
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Preet, and I built Diskzy alone.
My Mac said "System Data: 106 GB" and gave me no way to see what that was. The tools I tried either showed a map without explaining anything, or wanted a subscription to delete caches.
So Diskzy does three things:
1. Maps the whole disk and stays live, so opening it takes about a millisecond after the first read.
2. Breaks System Data into named parts and says which are safe to clear.
3. Cleans and uninstalls with a reason for every choice, and only ever moves things to the Trash.
It's a native Swift app, about 3 MB, with no analytics inside. It's $9 once for 2 Macs, with a 72-hour free trial.
I'd love to know: what's the biggest thing hiding in your System Data?
