I built DirectJobSource because I got frustrated with how much noise exists between finding a job and actually applying to the company.
A lot of job searches lead through aggregators, recruiters, reposted listings, or stale postings. I wanted something simpler: find the original job listing and go directly to the employer.
DirectJobSource pulls engineering jobs from company career/ATS systems and puts them into one searchable place. When you click apply, you're going to the employer.
It's free, no account required, and I'm still actively building it.
