I think this is a great tool because people don’t understand legal jargon. Let’s be honest no one reasons T&Cs before accepting them but if you could just have them summarised at the top in a simple manner then it would make it easier. Obv the question of how you cover complex subjects in the contract but my question is how does it choose what thing is important if your covering a complex issue that needs to be summarised? How is this fact checked?
