We launched DesignSense here in 2023. Back then we did what every AI design tool did. You uploaded a room, picked a style, got a picture. Then you were on your own. Want to change one lamp? Re-roll the whole thing and hope. Want something a client or a buyer could actually feel? Hire a videographer.
So 3.0 is less about better renders and more about finishing the job:
Start from anything - a phone photo, a hand sketch, or a 2D floor plan. The floor plan one still surprises me every time.
Change one thing - swap a sofa, change the lighting or the weather, remove furniture, without regenerating the room.
Finish in motion - turn the result into a walkthrough video. Before/after morph, dolly reveal, 360 orbit, day-to-night.
Plus 4K renders, 8K upscale, interiors and exteriors, residential and commercial.
It's built for three groups: homeowners who want to see a renovation before spending on it, agents staging listings, and contractors who close more work when they can show the finished job instead of describing it.
What I actually want feedback on: the walkthrough videos are our newest feature. If you try it and it's a gimmick, please say so. That's more useful to me than an upvote.
