What inspired us
We saw e-commerce and F&B brands spending heavily to acquire customers, only to depend on DoorDash, marketplaces, and other platforms to reach them again.
Building a mobile app could help brands increase repeat orders and loyalty, but for most small and mid-sized businesses, developing and maintaining one was too expensive and complicated.
We built DemaDose to make that easier — a no-code platform that lets e-commerce and F&B brands launch their own mobile app and build a direct relationship with their customers.
How the idea evolved
At first, we were focused on making it easy for a business to build an app without coding.
But after talking to more e-commerce and F&B businesses, we realized that the app itself wasn't the goal.
The goal was getting customers to come back.
That changed how we built and positioned DemaDose. We started focusing more on loyalty, repeat orders, customer engagement, and giving brands a direct channel they actually own.
Today, DemaDose isn't just about helping a business launch an app. It's about helping them turn one-time customers into repeat customers.
