Every crypto converter shows dollars. We show what those dollars actually buy. Convert Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin & 50+ cryptos into 200+ everyday items — bread, gas, rent, cigarettes, a Tesla, an ambulance ride, a gallon of printer ink & more. Live prices updated hourly. Includes the Crypto Basket Index tracking real purchasing power over time — data nobody else publishes. 1 BTC = 23,762 loaves of bread. 1 DOGE = 0.025 loaves. What does YOUR crypto buy? Free forever. No signup.
I built this because I got tired of every crypto app showing me dollars.
$71,000 means nothing to me. But "23,762 loaves of bread" — that I understand.
So I built a converter that translates any crypto into real stuff. Not just the basics — bread, gas, rent — but also the absurd: a gallon of printer ink ($4,500), a single hospital Tylenol ($25), raising a child to 18 ($310,000), and the most expensive pizza ever ordered (10,000 BTC in 2010, now worth $710 million).
I also built the Crypto Basket Index — basically the Consumer Price Index but for crypto. It tracks whether your coins are actually buying more or less stuff over time. Spoiler: Bitcoin's real purchasing power is down 25% from peak despite the price holding above $70K. Inflation is eating your gains and nobody was measuring it.
The whole thing is free, no signup needed, and the data updates hourly from CoinGecko and BLS.
Some fun conversions to start with: → 1 DOGE = 0.025 loaves of bread (you need 33 for one loaf) → You need 310 million SHIB to pay one month of rent → 1 BTC = 8.8 Super Bowl tickets
