ContextGrade captures the reasoning behind your team's decisions inside Jira, Figma, Salesforce, HubSpot or any other web app and turns it into structured context you can hand to ChatGPT, Claude, or your own agents. Not just a human audit trail. Your team makes decisions every day. The reasoning disappears every time. ContextGrade captures the why behind important decisions across any tool and turns it into structured context your LLM can actually use.
The problem I kept running into wile working at different organization was that every team I've been part of has the same issue i.e a decision gets made or a discount approved or a ticket closed a certain way or even a design direction chosen and six months later nobody can remember why. The outcome is in the CRM or the ticket tracker. The reasoning is in a Slack thread nobody can find, or in someone's head who has since left the company.
When I started using LLMs internally for business questions, this gap became even more painful. The AI could tell us everything about the world and nothing about how our own organization thinks and decides. We were feeding it generic context and getting generic answers back.
I couldn't find a tool that solved this. So I built one.
the catch of context fading from every tool hop is so real, glad someone built for it. caught myself using it inside salesforce already, the structured export saved me a messy prompt.
the fact that it just drops into tools like jira or figma without needing a separate tab is honestly kind of genius, the whole point of context is that it's wherever your team already is
