I'm building Kamiti, a community management platform designed for apartment associations, HOAs and gated communities.
Many residential communities still manage residents, maintenance and billing using spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.
Kamiti aims to simplify community operations with tools for resident management, committee communication, maintenance tracking and billing.
The product is currently in development and will launch soon.
