Upload your closed-sales export and your ad or call export. CloseRev matches them on phone number and email, then tells you which channels actually closed revenue. Nothing to install. Only exact matches count — the rest is shown to you, never guessed.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 Every marketing team I've worked with had two reports and no way to join them. The ad platform said how many calls came in. The CRM said how much money closed. Nobody could say which calls became which money — so the biggest row in the attribution report was "Direct," and the budget got set on a guess. The usual fix is more tracking: a pixel, a script, a pool of dynamic phone numbers, three weeks of somebody's time, and a fresh break every time the site gets redesigned. That always felt like the wrong direction to me. Both files already exist. Nobody was joining them. So CloseRev is a reconciliation layer instead of a tracking layer. You export your closed sales from your CRM or POS, export your leads or calls from your ad platforms — or from CallRail, Invoca or WhatConverts if you already run one — and it matches them on phone number and email. Phone numbers get reduced to one international standard first, because four formats of the same number is the normal case and it's where most attribution quietly fails. The part I'd most like you to argue with: only exact matches count. An exact email or phone match attributes revenue automatically. Anything weaker gets flagged for you to confirm, and counts nothing until you do. Anything we can't match at all lands in a Direct / Unknown row that we show you and never spread across the channels above it. That makes our headline number smaller than it could be. It also makes it the only number in the report you don't have to take on trust. There's a complete sample report at closerev.com/demo — no signup, no card, no call. I'll be here all day. Tell me where the matching would break on your data — that's the answer I most want.

you packaged the whole "revenue attribution" promise into an inner join on two exported spreadshets. if this sells it just proves how much people want to avoid learning Excel )
