I built ClipShrink because I was tired of legacy online video compressors that make you upload personal clips to their cloud servers, wait in long artificial queues, or demand paid subscriptions just to send an 8MB clip on Discord or an email attachment.
ClipShrink takes a different approach: 0 bytes ever leave your device.
By compiling FFmpeg into client-side WebAssembly (WASM), your computer or phone's own processor re-encodes the video locally in browser memory.
