I’m an indie developer from Italy, and I’m incredibly excited to share Clino with you today.
The idea behind Clino started from a frustratingly common problem: our health data is completely scattered. Symptoms are trapped in the Notes app, lab results are lost somewhere in the Photos library, and medication schedules are buried under standard reminders. When you actually sit down with a doctor, it's impossible to give a clear picture of what happened over the last few months.
I wanted to build something simple, private, and genuinely useful. A premium, native iOS app that acts as a secure sanctuary for your health history. Clino helps you organize your medical history in one place: symptoms, medications, doctor visits, conditions, and medical reports.

Privacy was our non-negotiable foundation: Clino requires no account, no email, and stores everything locally. Even if you turn on the optional iCloud sync, we have zero access to your data because we don't even own a server.

"privacy by design" is easy to say and hard to keep once you add a chat assistant on top. is the AI assistant itself running a local model too, or does the conversational layer round-trip to a server while the records stay on-device?
The 3D body explorer is genuinely useful for pinpointing where things hurt before an appointment, and I like that everything stays in one private journal without feeling cluttered. The AI summaries are a nice touch too.
Loving the 3D body explorer, that part feels really unique. One thing I'd love to see is letting us upload lab results as images or PDFs so the AI can actually pull values and track trends over time, right now I still have to retype numbers from my bloodwork to get any insight from it.
