Hi, I'm Nathaniel, the solo developer behind ClearMatchATS. I came up with the idea for ClearMatchATS when I saw the problems many hiring managers / employers had with hiring:
- Job postings being flooded by applicants, having to take down posts quickly to make it make it manageable
- Hiring managers not understanding skill equivalencies
- Many ATS options being part of a bulky expensive enterprise level HR suite
This product is a win-win for employers and applicants. Employers want to save time and manpower of sorting through resumes for hours and to know which applicants have the desired skills quickly, while also avoiding spending thousands monthly on an enterprise grade HR product. Applicants want to stop keyword packing their resumes to avoid getting screened out when they are qualified for the role.
ClearMatchATS is incredibly simple, just create a job, upload the job requirements in one of various formats (we auto-populate the requirements from the job description), and upload resumes. The resumes will be scanned, scored per requirement, have a summary about the applicant's strengths and weaknesses, and be ranked accordingly.
