I’m also considering rebranding, since another AEO software company with a very similar product has recently launched under the name “Citeon.” They launched about a week before me, and when people search for “Citeon,” they’re already appearing as the main result, I originally had the name Citeon before they registered it, but I took too long to launch, and in that time the name was picked up by someone else, potentially because similar names are being recommended by AI. It could create confusion between the two products, so I’m considering whether rebranding now would be the better long-term move.
