Upload one photo and get a short vertical video of you (or your dog) dancing as an elf in Santa's workshop, or at a Christmas party in your own outfit. Whole body, real face, Christmas music, no watermark. 6–18 seconds, from $4.99.
Every December my family group chat fills up with the same elf dance cards: cut-out faces bobbing on cartoon bodies. I wanted the version where the whole person actually dances, so I built Christmas Dance AI.
How it works: you upload one photo of an adult or a pet. An image model first puts them into the opening frame of the routine (in an elf costume, or in their own clothes for the Christmas Party style), then a video model animates the frame move for move. You download a 9:16 MP4 with an original instrumental Christmas track and no watermark, 6, 12 or 18 seconds long.
A few honest notes:
- There is no free tier. Every render runs two paid AI models, so it's pay per second of video, starting at $4.99 for one 6-second clip. Credits never expire and failed renders are refunded automatically.
- One adult or one pet per video. Dogs and cats look best in the Christmas Party style. Photos of kids and celebrities aren't allowed.
- AI still gets small things wrong, like a blurry hand on a fast turn. A sharp, front-facing photo makes the biggest difference.
I'm a solo developer and would love feedback on the result quality and on what styles you'd want next.
