I'm Chinese, working at a foreign company in Wuhan. Every day, I watched foreign colleagues
struggle with the basics — WeChat Pay not working with their cards, hospital registration systems
they couldn't figure out, insurance that turned out to be useless.
I kept being the "helpful neighbor" — explaining things, translating, finding solutions. I
thought: there should be a proper place documented in English for this.
So I built it.

It's still early days, but I believe everyone deserves a trusted local neighbor when navigating a
new country. That's what I'm trying to build.
