Hi Product Hunt — I built ChatHome because finding a home in Luxembourg still means translating your life into dozens of rigid filters and checking fragmented sources one by one.
With ChatHome, you can describe what actually matters: “a quiet two-bedroom near Kirchberg, under €2,200, with a balcony and a manageable commute.” The platform turns that into a structured search, ranks relevant homes and explains why each one matches.
We also add Luxembourg-specific context that is usually hard to compare: commune prices and rents, commute times, neighbourhood information, planning and environmental signals, affordability tools, and multilingual support.
ChatHome works on the web, exposes a public developer API and MCP server for AI agents, and is building toward a mobile-first housing companion.
I would especially value feedback on:
1. whether the natural-language search feels more useful than traditional filters;
2. which local context you need before contacting an agency; and
3. what an AI housing assistant should never automate.
