We're Görkem and Klemen and we are the makers of Coach Charles with one goal: create a path for people to get strong in their lifes. Charles is a self learning and improving gym coach based on the incredibly detailed methodology of periodized strength traininng that produced multiple olympic athletes. We built this because we kept seeing the same thing as coaches and PTs: people showing up to the gym week after week, month after month, doing the exact same plan. Same exercises. Same weights. No progression. No results.
The problem isn't effort it's programming. Most people have no idea what periodization is, and generic apps give them cookie-cutter templates that never adapt. A plan that doesn't change with you isn't a plan but just a list of exercises.
Charles handles all the boring stuff like which exercise is better for you, how many reps, what weights, how much rest, what is the right technique etc.
