The goal is not to replace human judgment. It is to make career decisions more explainable, less reactive, and less dependent on guesswork.

The "pursue/hold/pass to outcome" loop is a smart way to force real decision-making instead of just collecting tabs. Love that the brief calls out missing information explicitly, it stops you from pretending you have data you don't.
