CallsReady is deliberately narrow:
• Write what the agent should say (greeting, instructions, guardrails, voice). A text box, not a flowchart.
• Point a number you already own at it (Twilio, Telnyx, Netgsm, Verimor), or share a public web call link.
• It answers, talks, takes a callback request, and hangs up. You get a transcript, recording, summary and sentiment.
• You're charged once per call from a prepaid balance. No plans, no seats, no token math.
