I wanted an app where its easy for users to build a PC and learn about PC building. Here users can help each other out. Yes I know PCpartpicker is a thing, but its not that intuitive or as easy to use.
Have you thought about adding a price comparison feature that pulls in real-time costs from sites like Amazon or Newegg? It would save a lot of bouncing between tabs when I'm trying to stay within budget, and would make the build ratings way more useful if they factored in actual pricing.
Built a quick test rig on BuildGen and the part picker flagged a bottleneck I wouldn't have caught on my own. Clean layout, super easy to swap components and see the score update.
