Bubblegram is a live chat widget for your site. Messages show up as a topic in your Telegram group, so you just reply from there. Built for people who already use Telegram and don't want to overpay for a helpdesk tool.
👋 Hey hunters, I'm Mihajlo.
I've built this because I needed a chat widget for my other projects and I didn't want to overpay for a full-fledged support tool. I already use Telegram, so I just wired support into that.
Spent most of the time on the parts you don't see, handling Telegram's rate limits properly, securing the API, making sure it's reliable and properly backed-up. Wanted one thing that's simple on the surface but solid underneath.
Now when someone messages my site, it lands as a topic in my Telegram group and I reply from my phone like any other chat.
There is a generous free plan to start, and reasonable Pro plan at $10 / mo for up to 10 websites.
Feel free to try, and message me if you need anything or just say hi :)
Been using it on my portfolio for a few days and really like that replies just land in my existing Telegram chat without extra setup. Pretty smooth setup.
