Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Jiwon, the maker of Breva. I started meditating because it helped me slow down and calm my mind whenever I felt stressed or unsettled. Before going to bed, I’d also spend a few minutes meditating while listening to sounds I loved. I found that the right mix of sounds helped me unwind, drift off more easily, and get a more restful night’s sleep. Over time, I started experimenting with different combinations of nature sounds, everyday sounds, and soft ambient audio to create an atmosphere that felt right for me. That experience eventually became the idea behind Breva. I wanted to create a meditation app that doesn’t lock you into a single soundscape. Instead, you can mix the sounds that make you feel comfortable and create a meditation experience that fits your mood and your day. Here’s what I’ve built into Breva so far: - Mix nature sounds, everyday sounds, and ambient soundscapes - Adjust the volume of each sound individually - Save your favorite sound combinations as presets - Set a meditation timer and choose a guide voice - Set reminders to help you build a consistent meditation habit - Keep track of your meditation activity over time - Keep your sounds playing even when your screen is locked Breva is available on iOS and Android, and you can start for free. **What’s next for Breva** I’m currently exploring two ideas for an upcoming update: 😌 Quick Meditate Jump straight into a 5-minute meditation using one of your saved presets — for those moments when you just want to take a quick break without setting everything up again. 🌎 Explore Presets Discover sound combinations shared by other Breva users, try them in your own sessions, and share the presets that help you relax.
