I started this project for one of my own other company. That was an erp software that we developed. After sales support for that product is extremely important. That is how I figured this as an interesting use case of ChatGPT. In Botello you can upload all the info in a PDF and then users can interact with AI chatbot on the basis of info provided. We have added multiple channels for users to interact with customers using Botello, like chat widget that can be embedded on their website or Whatsapp!
