Why we built Biogistry: For years, clinical genetics software has been stuck between two flawed options: legacy desktop software that lacks modern collaboration, or cloud platforms that force you to upload sensitive patient genetic data to remote servers.
Clinicians, genetic counselors, researchers, and students had to stitch together 5+ disconnected tools — one for pedigree drawing, another for Punnett crosses, another for chromosome mapping, another for risk modeling, and another for writing reports. It meant constant copy-pasting, file converting, and endless sales calls just to get access.
We built Biogistry to change that: We unified intake-to-pedigree charting (ACMG standard), custom risk engine development, reactive Punnett squares, GRCh38 chromosome idiograms, free-form clinical reporting, and zero-knowledge live team collaboration into a single, multi-sheet workspace.
