I run a small marketing agency, and I kept seeing the same mistake: people pick a niche by gut feeling, pay for software, build the offer, and only then find out the market is closed.
The "businesses with no website" lists don't help much. A plumber with 200 reviews and no site is busy and doesn't need you. One with 4 reviews and nothing else going on is the one to call.
So I built a check you run first. Pick a US city and a niche, and you see search demand, how many businesses are listed, and which ones look untended, each linked to its Maps listing. Every number shows where it came from and the date it was read. If I couldn't source a number, it didn't go in.
