Hey everyone, I'm Rodas, the developer behind Baro.
Earlier this summer, I switched from WHOOP to Fitbit Air. I wanted more from my sleep and recovery data, so I started building an app for it. I shared the first version on Reddit, and people there helped turn it into Baro, including pushing me to bring it to Android.
Baro is now available on iPhone and Android. It connects to Google Health so you can see your sleep, recovery, strain, heart rate, stress, and activity together, along with how they change over time. You can pin your favorite metrics to the dashboard. There's also a Journal for tracking habits and a Fitness Age page.
It's completely free.
I want to take it further. Eventually, I'd like you to be able to start and manage activities in Baro, follow your heart rate live, and edit supported health records. That's still ahead of us.
The people who tried the early versions have already had a big say in what Baro is today. I'd love for this community to be part of that too. Tell me what you'd use and what's missing. It'll help me decide what to build next.
